When can I expect my job to be completed? |

After all sketches are approved, work on
your project will start immediately. As each job varies,
a date will be set up. On a sign project, an expected
date will be given and updated as the project progresses.
Generally, three weeks for a complex sign and within two
weeks for vehicle lettering. If there is an urgency to
your project, we will make every effort to accomodate
you. |
| 2. Do you install? |

Yes. We do install as requested by our clients. |
| 3. Do you use high performance
vinyls? |
| |
Yes, we use premium high performance vinyls. The only
exception is for a temporary solution like a banner that
will be in use less than three years. |
| 4. Are you able to do gold
leaf? |
| |
We are proud that our studio offers the elegant fine
art of hand gilding, which is now becoming a lost art.
We also offer Sign Gold, a material of 22 kt. gold cut
on our computers. It is utilized in situations where more
abuse is expected. |
| 5. How long do you guarantee
your work? |
| |
A one year guarantee on normal wear and tear on the
sign as well as any warranty offered by manufacturers
of materials used in the fabrication of your project will
apply. |
| 6. Will I be responsible
for obtaining a permit if needed? |
| |
If needed, in most instances we can provide services
for obtaining your permit or variances. If you prefer
to get your own permit, we will fill out the paperwork
and then you can apply. |
| 7. Do we have a catalogue? |
| |
As a rule, all of our customer's projects are custom
designed to meet their particular needs and individual
tastes. Our website, besides serving as informational
and interactive also serves as a digital brochure, showcasing
up to the minute custom services. |
| 8. Are there several different
applications I can have my sign done in to fit in my budget? |

In almost every instance your project can be completed
in several different ways - if you have a specific budget
in mind we can suggest alternatives to meet your goals.

grown in size, capabilities and reputation. |

What are your payment options? |
| |
• Cash and check are always accepted
• We expect 50% down payment for large projects
with the remaining balance due upon completion.
• Vehicles and smaller signs are due upon completion.
• For your convenience we also accept most major
credit cards |
